Federal Contract Support Backed by Long-Term Agency Experience.

TechPerm has operated as a trusted subcontractor to federal prime contractors in the Baltimore-Washington-Annapolis corridor since 1995. Our work spans the Social Security Administration, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Homeland Security — across infrastructure operations, enterprise application engineering, systems modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity compliance, and IT staffing. As an MBE, SDB, and Certified Federal Small Business with CAGE code 58UL6, TechPerm helps prime contractors meet small business subcontracting goals while delivering the agency-specific depth that mission-critical programs require.

Social Security Administration (SSA)

Subcontractor since 1995

TechPerm has supported SSA across six consecutive contract vehicles spanning infrastructure, enterprise application development, systems modernization, and independent testing — working in COBOL, DB2, Java, and modern web environments across Retirement, Survivors, Disability, Earnings, and Enumeration systems. Our engineers have delivered full SDLC support from requirements through operations and maintenance, performed IV&V and quality assurance on agency-wide modernization programs, and provided engineering operations at SSA's National Computing Center in Baltimore. Over 25 years of continuous SSA support means our team understands the agency's systems, timelines, and suitability process before the contract starts.
